Book Hopping
Book hopping between 3 non-fictions and several magazines. Still need more material! Such is the thirst of the literarically deprived (and bored). If only I'd been so similarly deprived and bored in university eh? :P It's weird..i'd never have believed you if you'd told me a few years ago that i'd be book hopping between 3 non-fictions. Non-fictions for gdness's sakes!
Did a good old spring cleaning over the weekend, which was surprisingly immensely therapeutic. Perhaps should do more of that this weekend. But there's only so much spring cleaning one can do to improve living conditions short of replacing all the furniture. Hmmm...perhaps i should! Hehehh...that'll be some spring cleaning to end all spring cleanings!
Sometimes I wonder if people can be imprisoned by other people's overwhelming concern and general nose-sticking-where-it's-not-wanted. Should such people just continue to behave as they like, or should they attempt to subscribe to being Considerates who give people what they want or need and then leave it at that? If you're unable to leave it at that, are you just a concerned individual, or are you possessive? Concerned or Considerate. Or both?
Perhaps it does take a certain amount of something to not let your thoughts run wild or to jump to conclusions. But physical proximity does not necessarily lead to the idealogical equivalent. Why do people give disproportionately and unthinkingly and then expect a corresponding amount of thanks for things they have done that people do not want? And if you do thank them for it, are you being polite or indulging them or paving your own way to more such instances?
I suppose the theoretical answer to such a conundrum is clear, but is reality ever?
